30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, gloves must be unworn and unused, with any tags still attached and in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. First orders get more than that - see the 30-Day Jobsite Test below.

The 30-Day Jobsite Test (first order)

Your first order is also covered by the 30-Day Jobsite Test: wear them to work, beat them up, and if they're not the best gloves you've ever owned, send them back - even used - for a full refund. One claim per customer, on your first order, within 30 days of delivery.

Start a Jobsite Test claim the same way as any return: email contact@armorguys.com with your order number and let us know the gloves were worn under the guarantee.

How to start a return

Email contact@armorguys.com with your order number to request a return. Once it's approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted. Returns ship to: 10990 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 1410, Los Angeles, CA 90024.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, email contact@armorguys.com.

What can't be returned

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. We also can't accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care items, or hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, under the same conditions above.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate it and make it right.
