What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and details of the products you purchased. Checkout is operated by Shopify, our e-commerce platform.

If you join our email list, we store the email address you provide. As you browse, we also collect standard device and usage data (pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type) to understand how the site is used.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, process returns and warranty claims, send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates, and, if you opted in, send marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing messages without affecting your orders.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who run this store: Shopify (orders, checkout, customer records), shipping carriers (delivery), and analytics providers (site usage). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart between visits, remember preferences such as display theme and currency, attribute orders to this site, and measure site performance. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout require them to function.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep for completed transactions. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, which we honor.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
